How to order from the on-line shop?
We are offering you secure 24h on-line ordering service. To place your order, please go through the following steps:
- Please choose the items from the on-line shop, submit your contact information and the delivery address.
- If you already have an account in our on-line shop, just login using your login and password.
- Alternatively, you can send an email to sales@spiknet.com indicating products you would like to order, your company name, complete shipping address, phone number and your business registration data.
- After receiving your order, we will come back to you by email within 3 working days with order confirmation.
- If you will choose to pay by wire transfer, we will send you an invoice with shipping and administration charges included.
If you would like to become a distributor, please write to sales@spiknet.com informing us on the nature of your business and estimated targeted annual business volume with us. We will come back to you as soon as possible with proposed terms of cooperation.
If you would like to order custom product not in stock, please write to sales@spiknet.com and we will do our best to offer you requested solution.
How to pay?
You can choose one of the following payment methods:
- Pay via bank transfer.
- Pay by Credit Card or existing PayPal account. In this case you will be redirected to the Paypal site where you will be allowed to login into your existing account (if you have one). Or fill the necessary fields to pay by credit card (if you don’t have PayPal account).
Terms of delivery
Cost of delivery is calculated separately for each order and is subject to your order configuration, destination place, type of delivery and carrier.
We order from our manufacturing partners in Riga, Latvia (European Union) and to anywhere in Ghana. Customers can request to have their orders delivered to them at a fee or choose to pick up goods from our office located in Accra. Please let us know your preferences when placing the order.
Products available in stock are delivered within 2 working days from payment reception. Products not in stock are typically delivered within 14-20 working days from payment reception. Delivery terms of custom products not in stock are agreed separately.
Taxation and duties
If your company is located in the Ghana and has a valid VAT tax ID you will pay net price VAT excluded.
